Apply the full notified rate per skill. Do not split into Basic and allowances to reduce dues. Update payroll on 1 January and 1 July when rates revise.

Maintain statutory registers
Keep Muster Roll, Wage Register, Deductions and Overtime registers under Haryana labour rules. Preserve for 3 years. Trainees get 75 percent, never below unskilled.

Pay within the wage cycle
Wages payable by 7th of next month (under 1,000 workers) or 10th (1,000 plus) under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936. Overtime at twice the ordinary rate under Section 14.

Display the wage notice
Post the current Haryana minimum wage notice in Hindi and English at the workplace within 30 days of revision.
